Establish a minimum reserve day pay of 4 + 30.

Move the bid start day to Sunday to reduce carryover.

Over 8 block hour pay should be included in trip guarantee.

Have the scheduled deadhead fare used in deviation bank if higher than accepted fare (per the contract).
