I would make a reasonable assumption that the pay, benefits, scheduling practice, relative job stability and security here would probably be pretty decent for a large retail pharmaceutical company's flight department.
Drop .41 and send them a resume', or better yet, put on a shirt and tie, go knock on their door, shake hands with the chief pilot and let them associate a face with the resume'! If you only meet an office person/scheduler, treat him/her as if they were the president of the company. These jobs are attainable through good networking and persistence.
I can tell you that the average Part 91 Citation X CA pay is $102,000, and the average F/O pay is $70.000; (June 2007 Pro Pilot, pp. 102) if this helps. No clue on what CVS actually pays.
