Hate to be dense but what sort of actual "work" do you do as a P/T ZW employee? I am considering the program but am nowhere close to 1500 yet. I'm not in it for the flight privileges; I've worked 6 yrs now for AA corporate so I've done enough free travelling for the time being. 4-year business degree and 30 y/o if that matters. Have family I can stay with between ORD and MKE which is potentially a plus. Just wondering if this program is a good fit.
