They can come back, they would just have to do the new-hire/Junior FO thing again. That's reason enough to leave LoL I can't imagine any of those Pilots taking advantage of
that offer! No, if they had been aged-out, they're not coming back...(except, perhaps UPS and the like retirees back at the Panel.
