How long have you been in this industry? We could take paycuts while they get raises, and some employees would say that we should have taken bigger cuts so they could get bigger raises. I don't GAS what the other employees think about our pay/raises/retirement, etc. We all chose our jobs. If they don't like it, get qualified and apply to be a pilot.

Yeah well it’s not your bank account that is the problem. Once this thing drags on the company will start putting out memo’s saying basically your raises are on hold until we see how much we have to pay the greedy old pilots. It makes coming to work a miserable experience.
