Anyone have any metrics on Delta hiring Air National Guard guys? Rumor is a few guys walked out of interviews due to VERY AGGRESSIVE USERRA questioning from the interview board.
DAL has gutted my squadron in the last 5 year of hiring. I spent a vast majority of my time at a regional out on MLOA. I was asked about it, but they still hired me. You'll likely be asked if you have any MIL commitments in the following 90-180 days or maybe about any long term mloa from previous jobs. I'd be very surprised if dudes actually walked out of an interview for USERRA questioning. If they did, I'm guessing they either had other offers or their plan was to get their seniority number and bail on MLOA to get their 20. Something about having your cake and eating it too...
