My point is that as far as I can see in the CBA, no authorization from the union is required to reduce BLG. It is in the CBA already. A300fr8dog say negotiation is required... I don't see that anywhere in the CBA. It appears to me that it is entirely the company's discretion. Please show me where I am wrong.
