I generally assume that people are nowhere near that anal or in need of that much detail. It is common sense that there will be pilots on the seniority list at every airline that have been awarded a new seat but haven’t been through the required training yet. I think the future award is more relevant information and rather than going through an “elaborate” explanation I chose to provide what I see as relevant.
