Saab, are you aware of how many pilots are flying the line for express that started off in the company as CSA's/Rampers? The company allowed me to go on leave for 6 months to build my time and I met a lot of guys that flew into my station that helped with the interview gouge. I even met one of the guys that interviews for the tech portion of the interview.

Ocassionally I would meet the condescending a-holes that thought they were better than us/me. We always gave them a goodbye present.
What I liked about Express is that they always allowed room for you to improve yourself and that's what I did along with many others. I guess you know Jim Ream the CEO started off as a mechanic and took college courses to get where he is.
We all started off in this career not as pilots, but folks with dreams, goals and aspirations. How we got there is not the point, but that we got there is.
So what did you do in a previous life? I worked for a major automotive company as a department manager, made good money too, until TOYOTA listened to the consumer and my company didn't. I drive TOYOTA too,
can't wait for the new SUPRA to come out.

The things you do to pursue your dreams..........
