I mean, to be brutally honest, all Management seems to care about is our aircraft door being closed "on time" so that they can report to big daddy AA how amazing their operation is ....all the while crew morale is **** simply because of poor QOL stemming from abysmal schedules and utilization of modern technology and sometimes knee-jerk, **** poor, decisions made by crew scheduling.
