I think the more junior portion of the pilot group wouldn’t really have a problem with PBS and they’re making up a larger and larger percentage of the company. Rather have a decent schedule every month instead of keeping trip touching for the one primary vacation they get.
As a new guy coming on board (start class on the 29th) these are the kinds of things that are beyond my understanding but I'd like to understand them not only from my perspective but for the rest of the pilot groups perspective as well.
