When I had a phone interview earlier in the year the only base was Burbank. That was a deal breaker for me since I would have to commute, get a crash pad, etc.
Funny because I LOST a pilot to them because he lived 15 minutes from BUR. I couldn't argue with his reasoning...quick upgrade and no commute. QOL can be everything.
