Well, the truth is, somehow everyone has some memory of a bully. As if there was one or two kids waking up every morning going down the check list of who hasn't been bullied today, and somehow everyone has that story where they stood up to a bully. Perception is reality to a lot of people, but the line between bullying and standing up for yourself is a weird thin line to the outside observer. Those of you with kids in a neighborhood have seen the good kid go bad because he found out if he throws an elbow, he doesn't get picked on as quickly. Next week he's doing a preemptive strike.
It might be worth letting the reader decide who is outside a normal spectrum. Certainly at least one poster named has some serious credibility issues, and reverses himself comically when reminded of facts. Then 2 weeks later he's on the same tear because there's a missing piece of critical thinking.
