And I’d say you’re drinking the flow kool-aid. It’s not about respect. It’s only meant to be a cheaper way of hiring, not convey a sense of respect from mainline AA. It’s also why you make less as it has an actual cost to you before you step foot on AA’s property.

If AA respected you, there would not be 3 wholly-owned Eagle carriers. There should only be one, in actuality. But, it’s much easier to whipsaw when you have more than one.
