The figures are just approximate--if over 60 do your own calculations! Current min BLG of 68/85 = 901 hrs or about $212k for WB Capt. If min BLG goes to 48/60 = 636 hrs or about $150k. Subtract SS of about 7% = $10k then your pay is $140k. Most WB Capts with 25 years will see a retirement check of $130k (no SS withheld from retirement monies). Will you honestly work for about $800/mo. Really?? Sit down and truly evaluate your own situation. Tell me why my calculations are wrong?
