Thanks, and I have. I immediately started sending my resume out to other places. I also rented a plane and just practiced flying/teaching maneuvers to the CFI in the left seat at the place I rented from. I wanted to get in the air as soon as possible and just move on and not dwell on my failure.

I figured I had two options: be sad about it or own it and move on. Now that I learned from the mishap and applied it to my professional development, I just want to make sure it won't be an anchor to my career.
