Agreed, Delta is all about attention to detail. You hand everything in at the beginning of the day. They (the selection panel of 3 people) will go through your logbook and other documents for an hour before you walk in and talk to the panel. Again, the more detail the better. Consider the fact that at one point before the NW/DL merger, DL was 95% military pilots (guess who does a majority of the interviews), attention to detail is everything in the military.
