I just wish they would actually use reserves to cover trips, not piecemeal legs here and there. Would also be nice if they didn’t treat lineholders as reserves. Why even have lineholders? Just have an airline of reserve pilots!

Seriously, the union needs to deal with this. It’s a violation of seniority. It’s no longer the trip that I bid for and was awarded. I planned to see friends on overnights, etc. I don’t have much in the way of seniority, but it should count for something.
