One big trick for the HR part: go through all the RST ride reports and copy all the HR questions people have gotten. Make sure you have a good story or explanation of how you would answer each question. Don't memorize, just a good general idea. Practice answering them and record yourself. You don't want to be surprised by a TMAAT question with no answer.

No offense, but I wouldn’t do that. Trying to come up with a story for every single question you can find on the internet isn’t the best way to prepare in my opinion. ECIC has a good strategy for having answers to several general types of TMAAT questions. If you have a good story or two for each of those types, you’ll be ready for 95% of the TMAAT questions. Once you’ve done that, then I’d use the left over time preparing for the random questions from RST ride reports that my prepped stories couldn’t cover. Just my opinion, but I think it will save you time and sanity.
