Do you think the majority of FOs are sitting around waiting for the DGI? I highly doubt it. AA mostly hires flow and military, SWA has flown down due to the Max, FedEx is overstaffed, and Delta is Delta. United seems to be a viable option.
I really hope that anyone wanting to get out of Endeavor is applying at LLC’s and other majors. American keeps their regional staffed with the flow carrot. Delta keeps Endeavor staffed by taking a low percentage from Endeavor.
