Waiting to hear back, just started digging into this after I’d heard how much they botched the first run of the AE.
Keep a list of contractual provisions that get under your skin and when your reps are at the crew room answering questions, go in and talk to them about those provisions or just email/phone them. No guarantee they'll get fixed but it's the best path to a possible change.
