I find value in V1's points. It takes all kinds of people and positions to make the world go around - that's what some of you yes voters don't get. That said, I've always respected the fact that it passed by such a wide margin, and though I'll never be happy with it, I'm OK to live by it, but still strongly disagree that it was the best we could have done.
We’ll never know the answer to that question will we? I know for sure we weren’t getting released. Ever. We did double the economic value of the contract which is tough to do. If v1 wanted to keep the benchmark for vja/ja process it would have been helpful for him to not make the company want to change it. I’m not discounting the issues no voters had. I’ve voted no to multiple agreements. Just don’t like how SOME no voters continue to bash volunteers such as myself when it’s clear some of the things they were doing weren’t helping and actually hurting negotiations. I’m going to have to call them out on that if they continue bashing volunteers.
