Just applied to become a sim instructor with my regional.

2 unrelated Pt. 121 checkride failures unfortunately, the last one was my upgrade ride 6 yrs ago. Those are the only skeletons in my closet, but they are substantial ones.

I've applied to all 3 legacies, SWA and UPS, have been updating for 5 years. I have about 20 recs in at different places. Only 1 job fair thus far. I got a fix it email from DL, that's the only word I've received from anywhere.

Practically everyone I went to school with is at a major now, and I'm happy for them, but as the years roll past it's starting to feel as if I'll never move on. I'm going to get my apps reviewed again, go to more job fairs in the coming year, and add whatever I can to the resume. Best of luck to all.
