I will concede to you that the Premium folder circumvents seniority, which was questionable but without forcing schedules to make 500 phone calls a shift, I don't know how else they could have done it. But you know, I bet junior guys really enjoy the premium folder.

Also, I love the argument that "we got nothing for..." while getting a 50% pay raise.... You can't single out individual small concessions and claim that we got nothing for them while we got a massive increase in pay/benefits. Its just a very weak argument and honestly sounds childish

Keep your clueless head buried in the sand... the 50% pay raise was due to us bc of 10 years at industry bottom rates... and you know why we got that? Because demand was starting to outstrip supply... that’s the only reason... they went from cold calling people to having 1000+ resumes overnight... you give someone an inch, they take a mile... this union needs to get us something out of every single agreement they make with this company...

Those pay rates, although still near the bottom of the industry, and the retirement are the first to go when we go “bankrupt”... guess what we never lost in bankruptcy and will now never get back...

Go ahead and tell me to let it go and deal with it... it’s done and there’s nothing we can do... every one of you knows, somewhere in your mind, that this isn’t close to as good as we could’ve done...
