Those pay rates, although still near the bottom of the industry, and the retirement are the first to go when we go “bankrupt”... guess what we never lost in bankruptcy and will now never get back...
Go ahead and tell me to let it go and deal with it... it’s done and there’s nothing we can do... every one of you knows, somewhere in your mind, that this isn’t close to as good as we could’ve done...
You make a valid point about payrates and retirement being gutted in a bankruptcy situation. Generally speaking work rules are easier to maintain. However, the LAST thing I’m doing if I just took another paycut at this place is helping out with JA. Probably have Pilots on the street, just like last time. There’s zero reason in your scenario to be doing ja. Yet another reason I’m fine with how it’s structured. Should probably move this conversation. The answer is yes f9 is hiring.
