Hi Mamak, not a silly question, at all. Percentage wise, the largest number live in Washington State. A good number of those live near Vancouver, WA. Buy doing this they avoid "sales tax" by shopping in Oregon and pay NO state income-tax in Washington. Pilots are cheap, but I'm sure you already knew that.
