If this is implemented you won’t really be screwing them over too much because on the chance that one of them doesn’t get on a republic aircraft attendance policies at mainline are very liberal so not much will happen. I think the thing they would be most upset about is losing some pay for the flights they miss. I don’t really see mainline capitulating to a regional.
