Regarding your 401k if you are fully vested it’s 100% yours to keep/rollover. Sick time is paid out up to 45 hours. And you will get not only the vacation you haven’t used this year but any vacation time accrued for next year. See previous posts for how to handle any mishandling of what is owed to you.
