Don't get me wrong, I'm very against someone staying on the property after 60 if he has full (25years) pension. I think thats a diservice against the rest of the pilot group. As far as someone having 15 and continuing, I can't hang him, but think there is some sort of greed, just as younger guys wanting him to retire(greed). All the same, but my first question to an over 60 pilot will be "when will you have 25years".
