When you are hired, you pick your home base. That is where you will start and finish your trip. The company doesn't care where you live. It's up to you to get yourself to your base in time to go to work.
The bases are listed in the contract--not sure if it's for public dissemination. (I know, it's all over the web). I'm guessing the company will put the list on their website someday.
