Do we know for a fact if she is a or isn’t a US Citizen? It’s nearly impossible to denaturalize a US Citizen. She is probably a candidate for U status (victim of crime) too. I’d be willing to bet that she had her LPR card in-hand within a year of coming to the US. I wouldn’t doubt that one of his firms sponsored her for a green card right away.
