Some great candidates got passed over. Some great pilots got kicked out over stupid technicalities. But, some senior pilots also showed up and made total fools of themselves in Denver. People showed up in khakis, one of them yelled at an HR employee, and others showed up without resumes. It’s hard to get a good idea of how many people were in groups A and B vs group C.

I get the frustration but that mindset doesn’t help you move on.
