That actually isnt a terrible plan. However, It wasn’t that long ago atlas was hiring a lot of Kalitta guys. I think the upgrade times at the rj operators are going to drop to near zero here in the future as mainline hiring ramps up. I’d stay put or go to a regional with dec. coming into this ACMI circus doesn’t make sense to me anymore. There was a time a few years ago when a lot of us came bc no one else was hiring and we’d already gone as far as we could at our previous job. but that’s all over now. With thousands of job openings at career airlines why would you come to a place that won’t get you there any faster and will be a miserable experience for the foreseeable future.
