You’ve finally convinced me that we need flow through. We need more pilots with your attitude! Do you seriously think your arguments in this thread are helping your cause? I’ve only flown with one FO who came from the CPP. He acted very entitled and was quite rough while operating the airplane. I was not impressed with his performance in the least. Additionally, there are pilots I run into quite often from one particular regional that embody that entitled attitude. These attitudes seriously hurt your flow through argument case.
