There is no simple explanation or description of private/business aviation. There are as many variations in jobs as there are people/companies that buy aircraft.
Still, this was interesting to see the private jet pilot market addressed specifically.
I think all aviation support businesses are going to see unfilled jobs.
The worst looming in the future is ATC, MX, and Avionics.
