Also, while I don't know the F9 contract, middle seat 50% add pay for DHDs and other protections along those lines, career move, vacation hitting 5 weeks at year 11 and even year 1 pay over $90 IIRC, and things like going right to year 2 pay if you bid GUM are nice to have.
