Sfo 320 is very jr. However if you don’t care about living in the mid continent you should have a good QOL by year 2 on a NB. This of course assumes everything keeps humming.

FWIW if I was late 30’s with a family and at F9 I would consider staying because there will be an economic downturn in the next few years. It could start your first week of Indoc or when you are senior enough to not have to worry about furlough. Nobody knows.
