Bottom line as has been posted, our JS agreement was just that an agreement to allow each other access and it renewed yearly and subject to change. Your president was sent the notice of the new agreement from UAL on May 19th with an effective date of Oct 15th. So he’s known about this for almost 5 months.

Agreement: a negotiated and typically legally binding arrangement between parties as to a course of action.
I don't know if you can call it an agreement if you "...send notice..." of it without coming to agreement on the terms within.
Honestly, this all just seems silly to me. If we can't all come to some sort of agreement, and aren't willing to leave it the way its been for many years, then lets all just amicably dissolve the agreement. Maybe we just need some time apart to remember how much we appreciate one another
