Yep. I can confirm that some of those u listed have sent memos out to the pilots saying immediate changes to jumpseat policy. Sad that this has turned to all this... it’s pretty much republic, Mesa, and Skywest all outside the circle.
It just that, but I can see it changing hiring priorities. After all, if you were an HR person would you potentially want a pilot at your airline sitting in a cockpit with a pilot who they had denied a jumpseat? Maybe making that person miss an anniversary or birthday? Nope.
