we're all getting the same raise percentage. Sure captains will get a larger raise in terms of hourly wage, but it doesn't really benefit captains that much more considering any fo that wants to upgrade can do so in less than two years.

this is a complete slap in the face. Make them come with a real offer up to todsys market standards. Dont let the mec fool you into thinking this is good because it isnt.if this gets voted in you will regret it as long as youre on property and if the economy takes a dive next year as everyone is predicting you may be here longer than you thought.vote no and make them respect us and bring a real contract with pay and language that is industry leading.where are the two or three monthly commuter hotels? .15 min pay for all those freaking plane swaps?
