Are you asking because you need five years without DUI for the canadian waiver? You would definately not get in with an airline that fly's noth of the border. I was looking into the requirements for the canadian waiver because I have some non-driving alcohol offenses and was wondering what else would deny you entry into canada. Other than the obvious felony type offenses only the DUI will bar you from entry.
You had better start gathering your paperwork now though becase it looks like it takes some time receive the pardon from the canadian government. They want all kinds of official documents.
I know of 2 friends that were hired with fresh dui's that fly north of the border. 1 at x-jet and one at pinnacle. They were hired 3 years ago when hiring was a bit tougher than now. Tell the truth and disclose it and you will be fine.
