Just a quick FYI. If we are denied access to a Republic or SkyWest JS ALPA wants us to act professionally but get the crews names and employee numbers. We don’t need to meet you to get your names if you are operating an UAL express flight. All the info we need is on our company iPads.
One more tidbit of info.... all United interview Capt’s and FO’s are line pilots. I know that there are some lifers out there but you might not want to become a lifer over a bad decision like this one.

Let me ask you this, on a hiring board would you hire a pilot who unilaterally goes against his Union and pilot group? Are those the type of people United likes to hire? What do you think that pilot is going to do when times get tough at United, stick with the pilot group or do what is in his/her own interest?
That is why your threat (and what others have insinuated) are so funny. You would never hire somebody who has went against their own pilot group in the past.
