This is all hypothetical....... I’m not saying this could or couldn’t happen.
Just imagine sitting across from a UAL interview Capt or FO and realizing you had kicked them off the JS. How about they were just kicked off the JS by a different SkyWest or Republic pilot. What do you think is going through their head during that interview. Do you think they might be a tad bit distracted thinking about getting denied the JS and here is a pilot from the same group that just declared war on UAL pilots.
I don’t know for sure but I would hate to be in a position where a UAL pilot was treated poorly and he controlled my future..... he/she doesn’t need to give you a reason for thanks but no thanks.
The poor decisions of a few among your pilot group has the potential to do a lot more harm than good. Something to think about anyway.
You never answered my question. Would you hire a pilot who knowingly went against their Union and pilot group? Are those the values United looks for in an applicant? You sound like you went straight from the Lear Jet to the majors and are oblivious of what being a Regional pilot is all about and what it is like being part of a collective Union. Understandable for a Part 135 pilot
