Understandable for a Part 135 pilot
Put another way; UALPA says don't pick up any open time trips since we're in contract negotiations. How would you treat an FO who needed extra cash to pay off his student loans so he went against the union and picked up a double time trip? Now put an FO who followed the directions of the student council and followed the FOM while supporting his captain about who is threatening career progression the jumpseat?
Which one would catch your attention more?
