It looks like all new hires go to a 320/737/756 and they are seat locked for 2 years if I understand it correctly? Do you just bid for a new aircraft and then your seniority number is eventually called? And dare I ask how long before your number is called? Lol. Thanks in advance!
2 years seat locked unless bidding a higher paying equipment. Movement right now is crazy fast for the coastal bases (EWR/SFO). Last bid we had the 777 FO go down to a couple months on property. Who knows how long it’ll last but now the times are good.
