You must not understand the pilots role in interviews. The pilot is there to also evaluate the interviewees personality to see if they’re a good fit for the pilot culture. IOW “would I want to do a 4 day trip with this person”.

Why would United want to hire a person who has already shown they don’t play well with UAL pilots??? HR understands that.
