Oh southwest does the exact same thing, and the list is published for everyone. What I’m saying is if that the pilot conducting the interview is only one part. If he says no, and tells HR “hey this guy is on the Skywest Jumpseat list”. HR will not allow that to be used in the hiring decision.
Why would United want to hire a person who has already shown they don’t play well with UAL pilots??? HR understands that.
