This week we’re putting our RSA like candy corn. There’s not a cloud in the sky and its mid-week in October. F-ing October!!! There are ZERO reserves. Fleet Launch flights launching with NO FO present at push time. Oops?

But its cool that we don’t get a MINT seat on a DH? Or, just keep saying goodbye to the customers to make them feel good at the end of the flight. I’m telling you I’ve had more customers tell me off or tell me how bad we suck in the last 2 months than I have in 8 years. I’m not very proud to be at J-Blue these days.
