Look I know what your saying about concerted efforts and what not, this ain’t one..it’s simply a line guy telling you what I feel, and why. I would hazzard A guess that I'm not alone in my sentiments...

No. You can't say that. You can't threaten to do anything or not anything because the company isn't doing what you want during negotiations. That's the definition of violation of status quo.
