Our son has dreams of flying commercially. Looking at cost of colleges with aviation programs has been enlightening. We still feel he should have a Bachelors and a Plan B.
Trying to determine if it’s more cost effective to get degree separate from flight school? We happen to live very close to a flight school, so he could start now, while he’s a senior in high school.
Or skip college and focus on becoming a commercial pilot?
He’s already flown a couple of times and just loves it. Need to figure out most affordable option.
