Agreed, it definitely helped me figure out where i may potentially be on the pecking order in the next year in regards to the AE. It also gave me little confidence in our IT issues and fixes. This company is so pro-employee when it comes to the message and talking about the "employee experience" yet the IT issue and improving our experience as employees in that regard is all non beneficial to the the consumer, thus them not wanting to prioritize and spend money on IT things we needed 2-3 years ago
I had things as an intern at CAL back in 2008 that we don't have yet at DAL in 2019... So as far as employee IT we are at least 10 or 15 years behind UAL. Though as you stated they don't care about the employee experience it's all about pinching that penny to make the dollar.
